Highlighting redundant words in Word?
In reviewing spelling & grammar in my document, I would like to be able to have redundant phrases highlighted - for instance: "Absolutely essential."
Is there a way to show these / add them to the custom dictionary? Or show the correct phrase "essential" as a suggestion?

You can not have a spell check recognize a phrase. It is designed to check words.
Word does not allow you to edit the main dictionary but it does allow you to create an exclude dictionary that contains words (like absolutely) that the main dictionary recognizes as being spelled correctly, but that you want to verify during a spelling check. For example, if you prefer "theatre" to "theater," add "theater" to the exclude dictionary.)
