    Many reasons:

    1. Aliens do not exist

    2. Aliens have the technology we have and can only travel as far as us

    3. Aliens are too scared of the unknown to leave their own planet

    4. Aliens are not as intelligent as humans and/or have less technology than humans

    5. Aliens are too advanced for humans and think that Earth would be a waste of time

    6. They don't know Earth exists

    7. They have visited and we don't know about it

    8. A combination of these

    9. Aliens are too far away

    10. Aliens were alive before but are now currently extinct

    11. Aliens havent formed yet but possibly will sometime in the future

Aliens is a term used to describe life somewhere else- aliens are perceived as being green with large eyes, big heads and small bodies- just to clarify- nobody actually knows whether or not this is true, if there is any life elsewhere they could look like us.

Life can start anywhere giving they have what it takes to grow. Gravitational/ oxygen/ temperatures/ water/ food or nutrition / light.

Taking all that into account, some or most of those plannets do not have potential to having living things.

Aliens are just one of those stories. There's been no concrete evidence to suggest life elsewhere. But that's not to say things won't change in later years I suppose.

They've been coming here for quite some time.

The most damning reasoning against UFOs and alien visitation are the incredible distances, the light speed barrier, and the energy requirements.

All of which are shot to hell upon research from NASA and their experiments on the Alcubierre warp drive where the only thing that's limiting us is generation enough negative energy -- which by the way does NOT need godly amounts of energy.

As to alien visitation, there's actually been physical evidence for quite some time. I'm not talking about ancient astronauts or cameras because that's all speculation.

I'm talking about a burned out mark on the ground, signs of landing gear, and the most damning evidence traces of high intensity radiation where everything directly below the burn mark is sterilized.

Burn marks and landing gear can be hoaxed, but explain the radiation. Okay, so swamp gas gives off deadly radiation directly below the burn mark?

Carl Sagan said extraordinary claims requires extraordinary evidence. BUT once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

And if you eliminate all earthly explanations, all that's left is unearthly.

    If there are aliens:

    1. They may not be aware Earth exists.

    2. They may know about Earth, but the distance is too great.

    3. They may know about Earth - and us - so, they're avoiding Earth

    4. There may not be any aliens...

Trailers for the movie Battleship are hitting the web, and it certainly looks fun. On routine war game maneuvers, a Navy fleet stumbles on an alien spaceship. Hijinks, as you might expect, ensue with Michael-Bay-like enthusiasm, with swarming alien battle tech, explosions and mayhem.

That would certainly make more sense than any of the usual reasons given for antisocial aliens to set their three-clawed feet on our home planet. After all, it's a long trip for them, and they'd better have a seriously good motivation for making it—but in the movies they never seem to. If I were the science advisory to an alien fleet, the first thing I'd ask is "Is this trip necessary?

Perhaps there is a rule which forbids this.

Perhaps they like it better where they are.

Perhaps they are chicken to exit spacecraft here.

Why don't you visit DPRK or move to Central Highland New Guinea?

Or maybe they do not like ISIS or our our politics generally.

But billions of higher beings visit here each year. Their view is that this is a very wild planet with a highly demented lack of understanding as to God.

Do you wish to visit another world? If so, you could put in a request. That is somewhat more brave than seeking astronaut post.

Howbeit many aliens have come here and departed.

Perhaps we are the aliens. Both Satan and Jesus were here simultaneously.

Satan is in prison and Christ promised to visit again.

Frankly, I'd advise lesser aliens to stay away unless their escape plan was faultless.

And likewise for their body armor.

They fear human violence towards them (as capturing and all stuff...) even if they want to come who'll in this world there to tour this planet to them instead we humans will try to capture them rip off their body parts the next moment and study and examine them if there are more put them in tight security and reveal whatever they know about space and their's and other planet's stuff and our population and secret agencies is more than that of their's so they can't manage the whole earth with their technology and because of that they are trying there full to stay low and to bring a solution towards this problem as of how we are doing (maybe not staying low). And yes Aliens do exist if you read earth's archeological history(specifically Egyptian's one. It's quite interesting.)

    Aliens Do Not Exist

Do you think we're the only planet that has an entire film genre devoted to showing all the scary awful stuff that could happen when you first meet an alien species?

If they're intelligent enough for Faster Than Light travel, they're probably smarter than most of our sci-fi movie protagonists, ergo, they're capable of sizing up the situation from a distance, saying "F**k no,I don't wanna deal with all that noise." and then moving on to another, better planet, where theres a bunch of face huggers, but all they really do to you is a bunch of fellatio.

All that, and a well-founded fear of the common cold are what keeps them away.
