Should i ask her out?

I'm not sure if I should ask my friend if she wants to do something with me for valentines day. We probably would be doing something that weekend anyway this just makes it official. For a little background we've been close friends for a while, I confessed that I like her a while ago she said she doesn't have feelings like that for me or anyone, time goes by she starts saying she loves me and ****

I dunno maybe she just loves me as caring but I still want to know if I should try to make the valentine's a date

    she says she doesn't feel those type of feelings for you. doesn't mean she doesn't care about you. I think you got your answer.
