Question about frozen breakfast bowl?

I bought one of those Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast bowls, and mistakingly put it in the fridge rather then the freezer for 10 hours. Is it still safe to use?? How long would I cook it in the microwave??? Thanks!!

    Yes, just cook it well, follow the instructions, maybe give it 30 seconds longer.

    of course its safe, just thawed. I would cook it half the time it calls for when frozen.
