What is the best dubia roach chow?
I am getting some dubia roaches to vary some of my reptiles' diets next week, and was wondering what is the best roach chow. In addition to the commercial made roach chow, what other foods are good to feed? I am planning on giving them oranges and roach chow at the moment. Any advice from those experienced with dubia roaches is welcome!

Bananas (peels and all) are good in most cases. They may also take to fish food well, which is high in protein content. Dog food and cat food are variable depending on the brand. Whole grain cereals (like the kinds that health freaks eat) are also welcome and add some roughage.
