Can you go to jail if you say "Kill yourself!" to someone?

I don't know, but it sure is harassment. Also threats are more likely for someone to go to jail for especially if those threats are acted upon.

Yes, if they do kill themselves then it's considered manslaughter. If they don't then it's just considered harassment.

Well, that sucks. I only say it to people when they realize that they are pushing my buttons just to get a reaction from me. I do mean it when I'm as mad as hell, though.
