What is wrong with me?

I thought I just had a cold ( stuffy nose,coughing,sore throat ect...) but now I m having stomach pains,some pains in my chest, a sore neck and a sore back.

I m a a teen girl so don t say anything drastic like a heart attack bc thats is probably not it.

    Probably a cold.

    Maybe you pulled a muscle when you were coughing?

    Maybe you have a chest infection too?
