Chances are they'll just do renovations, which most stadiums go through. They wouldn't replace Beaver Stadium.

Beaver Cleaver Stadium needs to be replaced. it still reeks with bad karma from the days of Old Joe Paterno and his band of Jerry Sandusky molesters. Tear it down and make it a landfill site.
