What website builder is right for me?

Update:

So, I want to make a website that I can put my short stories on, and possibly make a little ad revenue on as well. I have looked at Wordpress, and Squarespace so far. The website doesn't need to be too crazy, just a place where I can post my stories. I don't want to use a normal blog (Such as Tumblr, or something like that) simply because you don't get ad revenue from it.

I always recommend Wordpress, but you will need either a premium wordpress.com account or get your own (paid) hosting to install it yourself to put ads on a Wordpress site.

However, unless you find a free PHP-capable webhost that allows ads, the ad revenue won't even cover the cost for hosting the site.

As an example, a standard hosting package costs about 6$ a month. To get that back in ad revenue you'd need hundreds if not thousands of visitors per day and they also need to actually click the ads.

Why not try Yola.com? I find them to be pretty good, and easy to use/navigate.
