Post op trans women. Could you use the dilators while sitting?

I've been using dilators for the past few months now and always done them lying down or sorta semi sitting, semi lying down and just watched TV while i was at it.

But i have been wondering if it would be possible or if it would be alright to use them while sitting at a chair?

I'm just wondering because i do a lot of my work at my computer and being able to do both at the same time would spare me some time (Don't worry i work at home ha ha)

It would be very awkward and possibly messy. I prefer dilating lying down while watching TV.

I also practice what some people call dynamic dilation. Meaning I don't just put the dilator in and live it in position for 15-20 minutes. I use a circular motion occasionally to relax the PC muscles. I also occasionally partially withdraw the dilator and reinsert. Last, I occasionally tense my PC muscles around the dilator for a few second (like Kegel exercises).

    Hope this helps.

EDIT. Anonymous troll: Wrong. There is a condition called vaginismus that some women have. It is often treated with the help of vaginal dilators.

-Um, that condition is caused anxiety induced muscle spasms, not a wound trying to close. Not the same thing at all, Clones.

"You are a moron. They both use dilators. Thus you are wrong."

-lol, it's not the same thing. One is a wound trying to heal and close and the other is no different than using a foam roller on your leg at the gym. A female's vagina isn't going to heal and close up like an ear piercing if she doesn't dilate it daily.
