A broker office is require to have over sight of the work their agent is doing. So no real estate office will allow you to do property management except thru the company. To find those companies- look for companies that have an existing property management department and go to work with them.

There is no list. Some offices do pm & some do not. You cannot do it on your own on the side in any office. All real estate work no matter if it is sales or pm must be done through the agency you work for.

NONE will allow you to do property management, unless such management is run through the agency, The managing broker has responsibility for any such agent work, and will demand it go thru the agency for insurance protection.
