Do Minimum Wage workers make overtime after 40 hours per week?

So I'm a pizza Delivery guy, and I'm scheduled for 39.50 hours this week, but I covered a friend's 4:00PM-2:30AM shift, so it looks like I'll have 50 hours this week, does that mean I'll have 10 hours of time and a half (~$7.50 while on the road, ~$12 while in the store) or does it not apply to minimum wage (meaning I'd get $5.03 while on the road, and $8.05 while in the store.)?

    OT after 40 hours a week OR 8 hours a day applies to any and all hourly wage.

    Yes, everything over 40 hours in a week has to be paid at least time and a half.
