My iPhone 5S touch screen isn't working. What should I do?
I had my iPhone in the bathroom while I was taking a shower and had it covered up like always... Then I tried going outside to take a couple photos and after the 2nd time the touch screen wouldn't do anything even though the phone was working perfectly fine before the photos... My buttons work perfectly fine, just not the screen...

You should take some rice (uncooked) and put it in a plastic bag. Turn off your phone and put it inside. Close the bag and leave it overnight. This will get rid of any water damage the phone might have. If this doesn't work, you may want to take your phone to a tech support shop.
