Cheapest locations for Hen do weekend abroad?

We are not planning a hen do for June or early July and want to do 2 or 3 nights for around 10 ish adults.

I would like somewhere hot - above 25 degrees and lively for partying!!

But MUST be cheap!

    Benidorm is the cheapest but end June beg July is start of Scottish school summer break
