Tail light brake bulb works but brake doesn't work on only right side. Top brake light and left tail break light work.?

What could it be ? Brake lamp appears on dash

    If your brake light and tail light share a light bulb, then that bulb has 2 filaments in it. The filament for the brake light portion of your bulb has failed.

    As 'Tony' said, replace the existing bulb with the proper replacement bulb and you should be good.

    Sounds like you have a problem with your car's braking system which could be dangerous if not addressed.

    Earth issue on that side. My guess other lights do not work correctly either.
