I'm going to buy a new gaming pc..are these spec are good?my budget is $550.intel i3 6100,NVIDIA gtx950 2gb,1tb Seagate hardisk,?

And gigabyte h110m s2h mobo,8gb ddr4 ram..i want to play tom Clancy division,gta 5,assasian creed syndicate in ultra setting.my screen resolution is 1366*768.

    I would pass. An i3 is terrible for PC gaming. In fact the games you listed the i3 isn't even part of the minimum system requirements. It's only a dual core processor. The GTX 950 is medium range. Save up for something better.
