Do women not appreciate men who approach them in person?

Update:

Why don't they realize it takes courage to walk up to a stranger and start a conversation?

I don't like it when strange men approach me. I never dated anyone who did that. I always dated people I met through work, school, or social activities like clubs or teams.

I agree it takes courage, but it's entirely based on looks. I'd rather date someone who knows me and likes me for more than my looks. I've asked

guys out when I've gotten to know them and it seems like we enjoy each others' company. I'm much more likely to say yes to a guy I've known for awhile as well.

No women loved to be approached and noticed it's just human nature.

Men who approached me in person were the only men who ever got a chance to approach me. What the heck are you actually asking?

Depends. Sometimes women are busy and don't want to be approached, and sometimes they'll be okay with it.
