Military care package ideas ??? 😇?

I just became a military wife last year, My husband just went overseas a week ago and I would like to send him a care package without food. I'm sure I can send him water but he doesn't want food. Any ideas on what I should send him ? This will be his 1st care package that he's ever gotten from anyone. He said the last time he ever got one was in his college days. Also what can I send/order/mail him in South Korea ? Please include websites (If they send international) Thanks everyone in advance 💚

I usually ask my husband what he needs. This can be anything from razors to a new dvd. Send him some hand written letters about the things you have been up to (even if you already told him). I know he said no food for this one, but maybe send him the written recipe for his favorite meal so that he can have it anytime he wants. If you have kids send him some pictures of them or things they have drawn. If you have kids let them pick some things out too because it makes them feel helpful for dad. Send him pictures of yourself as well just enjoying life.

It is a US mailing address not South Korean so you don't need to worry about international shipping fees.

Make a theme care package and some will include a few food items but nothing major. Say one of movies - a few DVDs, some popcorn, popcorn spices, candy, a book, etc... A trip box maps of places you want to go do, photos/postcards from the area, a travel book, list of fun facts, etc..

Heres the thing, S. Korea has EVERYTHING we have at about 1/4 of the price. There is nothing you can send him that he can't buy locally for cheaper.

You can ask him what he needs or maybe send things that mean something to you and him. You could also see if maybe they deliver gift baskets to where he is and send him one that is not food since that is one thing he stated.

why on EARTH would you mail him water? I am 99.999% certain South Korea has WATER. (wtf???)

Often people away from home for the first time......or even after years, find themselves missing surprisingly stupid things...........like favorite candy bars, or a particular brand of chips. Silly things. I Always appreciated getting my favorite goodies from home. It's called Comfort food for a reason.
