How does Russia view the recent agreement with Iran to limit its nuclear capabilities?

in general Russian politicians, educators, scientists, etc... view proliferation of nuclear weapon as one of key global problems of modern times (together with pollution of the environment, climate change, terrorism, demographic problems, poverty, lack of access to education among hundreds millions of children, decrease in diversity of species, living in Earth, etc...). As result, peaceful deal with Iran is seen as extremely important step on the way of discouraging this and other countries to develop nuclear weapon.

The agreement they signed with the other five nuclear powers says that Iran will limit their nuclear technology to energy.
