How can you convince a recently converted Black Hebrew Israelite to change his belief?

The "Black Hebrew Israelites" are an African-American version of neo-Nazis.

Don't know how anyone would fall for their crap to begin with unless there are some pre-existing underlying issues.

Also -- they are structured as a cult with all of the psycho-social pressures of a cult. So - there is alot for you to ...push against.

challenge him on the beliefs in a mild manner that he would not get angy at but will allow him to give some thought.

And you need to do this softly enough that it doesn't get flagged by the cult leaders that will allow them to do directed programming.

Start with -- you feel like there are wrong things about them -

ask him about these things - then gently press

before you go to much into it

do good research -- to get solid facts to contradict his assertions

One thing that comes to mind --

they claim they are The True Jews while normal Jews they claim are fake.

Get the details for his reasoning -- then research the claims.

Basically - the claims are based on very weird readings of the English translation of the Bible while ignoring normative and well established history -

completely ignoring the actual Hebrew language, completely ignoring the entirety of the actual Jewish communities around the world -- including the African Black Jews who actually claim fellowship with non-Black Jews

...etc.

You can even google images for portraits of Josephus Flavius and Herod Agrippa II -- both are famous Jews from the Roman period -- who "look white"

or google images for Dura Europos synagogue -- which is a synagogue in Syria covered in paintings of Jewish people -- who "look white"
