    I try to remain positive through it all in life..I hold what is my heart,hold to the things that release the stress,not things that add or bring stress to me..I walk in nature..its beauty is always filled with positive surprises,watch a sunrise..rise..with it..hold a sunset,let it take with it..the stresses..feel the love of those who love you..they fill..help others find their answers..in the answers that are given to another,you will as well,find your own..~*

    Duke. I just transfer it to someone else. You and I are probably stress free right now since we are on Answers during working hours. Isn't this great !!

    Meditation....

    15 minutes of deep meditation and also deep breathing...

    And maybe one little piece of chocolate ...LOL ...
