List the banks that are giving UK mortgage (1) Highest loan to salary ratio (2) consider incomes from (i) 0 hours contracts (ii) rent income?

    Try "compare" however if your only income is from renting a property you will not find one you will need to go to a mortgage broker who has access to ones the public doesn't have. Nationwide do one but may not be available direct and it will depend on what equality you have in the rental property the maximum mortgage is 75% of that equality

    Go to an Independent Finacial Advisor. They will have access to deals you'll never hear of.
