Is Tylenol a compound, homogeneous or heterogeneous mixture?

    Tylenol is a brand name, and whilst the active ingredient may be paracetamol (which is a compound), Tylenol itself will almost certainly contain excipients and other additives. So an actual Tylenol tablet will be a homogeneous mixture (various solid particulates pressed together).
