Is the Craftsman LT1500 a gooday first riding mower?? (Answer 10 points!)?
I recently bought a used craftsman lt1500 from a person in the navy. It's in very good condition. It's my first riding mower. I'm 17 years old and I didn't want to push mow this year. I've pushed for 3 years in a row. Is it a good mower? BTW I have like 5 consistent lawns already and looking to expand.

This is the least expensive Craftsman lawn tractor you can buy. On sale at under $1000 it is one of the cheapest mowers on the market. But it is not a “cheaply built” mower though and has the dependability and workmanship you come to expect at this price level. It is by far the best tractor priced under $1000. It features a good 42 inch deck, a good 420 cc engine, and an easy to use 7 speed shift-on-the-go transmission. For a basic, no frills mower, it has an excellent reputation. So depending on it's condition and how much you paid it may be a good buy. Service it regularly by changing the oil/filter and using SAE 10w-30 Full Synthetic oil every 50 hours and it will give you good service. Change or clean the air filter often and watch for loose bolts and it will last you for years if it in good shape at the moment.
