I have been wrongly sectioned and am not recieving my rights or access to indipendant advocates?

hi. i have been sectioned on a section 2 and they have been refusing me all my rights. does anyone know of any helplines or advocates that over the whole uk that i can phone an just pass the phone over to the nurse and tell them what they are doing wrong and log it..

ps its a private mental hospital

    How are you on here if you've been sectioned? The units I've been in have no internet access and confiscate mobile phones.

    Tell them you wanna be released. I don't think they can legally hold you like you are a prisoner.
