How to fix my Galaxy S6 Edge Plus Water Damage?

So, I saw a vid of a guy who left a Galaxy S6 Edge in water for 20 minutes, and I thought these phones were safe, and water resistant, Later, I accidently dropped my Phone into a sink full of water and dishes, once I saw what happened, I immediately took my Galaxy S6 Edge + out of the water, and dried it up (made sure to not put it on the charger) now, it seems to have a mind of it s own, and presses the tab button on the bottom left all the time, to bring up all my windows and whatnot, what should I do to fix the problem? (P.S, I do have insurance on the phone, but I d rather not spend $200 replacing it, I d rather bring it back to life, than later this year trade it in, and get an S7 Edge.)

Still damp inside - plays havoc with a touchscreen. Leave it for a few days in a bag of rice with the battery removed.

That phone has no IP water resistance rating.

Unless you open up the phone and repair it yourself, you're going to have to have it replaced.

first, you gotta take it to the store and the tech dude will tell you whats wrong with it and how much repairs would cost.if its under warranty, never admit it fell in water!!.the same thing happened to me too,and they fixed it for free!!

    hope this helps!!
