Heart rate high when resting after run?
Im a 15 year old guy called harry. Tonight I went out for a run and worked pretty hard. Its been almost 2 hours and my heart rate is slower that what it was when i was running but higher than my normal rest rate. My normal rest rate is between just over 50-60 bpm. I do a lot of sports and play for a football team and have been trying to get my fitness up is it something to be worried about cheers :)
