Is he mentally ill?
A guy starts a relationship with a girl. He makes big promises, proposes to her, promises to never ever leave her, no matter what, they talk a lot, and find many signs they are meant to be together. After a few months, a leader of his faith tells him that it's a sin to be with this girl because the girl's father is white. (He is member of BHI cult) he tells her he will love her forever and wants to stay her friend...then although she is suicidal he ignores her for a long time and gets over it real fast..he says he will talk to her again when she stops being dramatic. Does he have a bad mental disease?

Sounds like maybe the girl is the one with mental issues. I'm not familiar with the whole religious aspect, and will choose to stay out of that. However, there is absolutely no reason for someone to become suicidal over something like this. If the relationship can't be for some reason, and he is not willing to go against his faith, then unfortunately that is the outcome for him. I don't mean to just shrug it off like it's nothing, but the girl needs to refocus on her own life and how to move forward from there.
