Dilution math questions?

Please don't answer the question, just give me an idea of how to solve it/ what the question is asking.

Q1; You have 4.6 mL of medication which needs to be diluted to 100 mL. How many mL of saline should you add and what is the total volume.

Q2:You have 7.3 mL of medication which needs to be diluted with 100 mL of saline. How many Ml of saline do you add and what is the total volume.

The main difference with that one is dilute with, the other is dilute to, not sure what these mean.

    Q1. To dilute 4.6 mL to 100 mL you need to add (100 - 4.6) mL = 95.4 mL.

Q2. If you dilute 7.3 mL with 100 mL, you end up with (7.3 + 100) mL = 107.3 mL.
