I'm doing an assignment with a theoretical patient who, by all evidence seem's to have suffered an MI. ECG shows a a shallow S (slightly above the Q) and an elevated T-wave with everything else fairly normal looking.

I cant find an example of this particular pattern, so I'm not wure what to make of these results.

Q2:You have 7.3 mL of medication which needs to be diluted with 100 mL of saline. How many Ml of saline do you add and what is the total volume.

The main difference with that one is dilute with, the other is dilute to, not sure what these mean.

Long story short, I've just been accepted into University to study a Bachelor of Nursing. I was just wondering if I would likely be able to work in other countries. Ideally, I would like to move back to the UK ( I lived there for a period).

So I've got a problem with my new computer and the way it shows up on my TV monitor. My old computers native resolution gave me the option to set the scale manually, which fixed the problem of I have of the edges of the screen hanging off the edge of the TV, but my new computer doesn't allow me to do this.

I've been having a look around my TV and it does seem to have options to set the screen scaling on it's 'PC' input (it's inactive on all other inputs), and as far as I can tell I can only use that by plugging my computer into the VGA port. The issue with that, however, is that my laptop doesn't have a VGA port, only HDMI.

Is there anything I can get that will take a HDMI input and a VGA output?
