Is this a sign he doesn t like me?

This is going to sound crazy, but please bare with me.

So I was outside riding my bike I was listening to "Say You Like Me" when I remembered my crushes twin sister posted a picture of him and her and I wanted to wait a little bit to like it, so I decided to like it now. I took my phone out, went to her profile, and at the part in the song when it says, "if you like me, then say you like me." I seen she deleted the picture.

Also, 15 minutes later I came across a musically that was like, "I like you, you don t like me. I m sad." Or something like that. IS THIS A SIGN AM I GOING CRAZY IS SOMEONE TRYING TO TELL ME SOMETHING? I think by the way he acts he likes me but like idk I m so superstitious lol
