Why does everyone think America has the best healthcare system in the world?

When republicans are running for reelection, everything about America is the greatest in the world.

But the incumbent is a democrat, so everything is just horrible now.

To return to the original question. I have never heard ANYONE say America has the best healthcare system in the world, let alone EVERYONE? Where is that from?

In 1985 the USA ranked #1 in health & longevity- now, the USA ranks 49th...

and the talk of being the greatest is just sad.

No, Not everyone thinks America has the best healthcare system in the world.

It's one of the worst healthcare systems in the world - unless your are rich.

They don't think that. Maybe some people think that because America might sound like this super cool nation for people living in other countries.

I'm sure every industrialized nation in the world, where every single citizen never has to worry about paying for their medical bills or those of their children, would disagree with you.

I'm American, and I certainly don't think that. My healthcare costs are a huge part of my income.

We have the best healthcare system that money can buy.

It does if you have money.

Money lets you line jump in America, even if you're a foreigner, especially if you're a foreign dictator.
