speak to hear daily 30. secs. and leave...do it daily no matter if she insults you, looks down on you and seems to hate you...insist.
30 seconds are so little that she could not blame you of stalking...but those seconds will break that wall..
let me tell you this....whenever a girl says that she doesnt want a relation...she usually ends up with another idiot in a couple of weeks...why? because this other guy didnt ask for her authorization.

Don't. It's her choice, don't 'make' her do anything. It's a butt move, respect her choices. If you do it I guarantee it won't be a happy relationship.
