Neck and headache pain?
19 year old male; been having a pressure type feeling headache around my left temple and left side of head ...now it feels like it is radiating from my upper neck and back of head. Only on left side though..is this neck problem or a type of headache. I had this same feeling several months ago... It went away now it s back. But I work in construction have to do a lot of lifting and straining in my neck. This has been going on a week now.

See a pain Specialist and get x-rays. That is how I had herniated discs in my neck, very dangerous for me to get paralysis. No more will I read 156 books a year and stopped my most favorite emborydia

do not get a massage. it will aggravate the cause, which is nerve interference from upper neck subluxation (fixated misalignment). see an hio method chiropractor.
