Why would you send a blank piece of letterhead paper to the IRS? It might prove something about your I.Q.

Nothing. Anybody can get hold of (or fake) a sheet of paper with a letterhead. What is stated on the sheet of paper is what matters.

I imagine you are trying to prove your child lived with you for more than half the year. The letter should show the dates your child attended the school and the name/address information the school had for her during that time.

Um, kind of depends on what's WRITTEN on the letter, not just the letterhead.

That she lived with you, assuming your address is the one they have on file at the school. It's proof of residency.

probably nothing, might depend on what is written in the letter, also might depend on what you are trying to prove to IRS

Not really anything. What is it you're trying to prove?
