No, he sounds like a heartless racist. I don't understand how someone can hate based on race. Sure, I can even understand how you might have expectations about someone based on their race. But once you get to know them and know them for them and not just have assumptions about them, how can you even care what their racial background is?
You're better than that, you deserve better than that, and you can do better than that. I wish you the best.
