Is that a common thing people do?
In a relationship or friendship that people have arguments and keep blocking or deleting their friend or boy/girlfriend, and then make up, and then block again and make up again. Is this common? Why do people do that? Have you heard of people who have blocked their friend or partner many times and made up many times?

It happens but not common to do it so many times. At some point the people involved realize that they are not going to be friends, personalities clash, and they move on with more compatiable people in their lives.

Yes, my daughter did that and probably still does, probably because of the drama, block someone and then someone tries to call them and have them unblocked, and then the person who blocked them unblocks them because they are making them "suffer" by not talking to them, so they unblock them and it just starts up later, as a vicious cycle.
In my daughter's case, it was all about the drama.♥

People who do this are totally immature. It cannot be a valued friendship or relationship if this blocking and un-blocking keeps going on.
