Chance me for the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss)?

Hello, i have applied to Ole Miss. I have a GPA of 2.5 to 2.7. I havent done SAT or ACT. I live in Spain but im Iranian. My low GPA is because of my bad spanish, i came to spain in 2011 and was placed in 10th grade, my mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 and last year my parents got divorced. Do i stand a chance?

PS. I have a very good letter of recommendation.
