Can I add more fish to my tank?
Three weeks ago I set up a 20 gal long and just yesterday my tests confirmed that the water was fully cycled. It also is a heavily planted tank by the way. I added 5 neon tetras yesterday from my local fish store and they are doing great and are just schooling around like you would expect them to. I also currently have six guppies I really want to add to the tank. They are in one of my smaller tanks but I really want to get them out of there asap. I was wondering if you think my fish would be fine adding another six new fish to the tank. I do have a filter for a 30 gal on the tank and there is a lot of plants to help with filtration so i'm hoping the bacteria will be able to handle the new load of fish. Any comments?

aqadvisor.com would be a good link to answer this question. Just put in your tank dimensions, filter, and your fish options.
YOU WANT TO KEEP THE LEVELS AT UNDER 80% to give yourself some room for error (missing a water change, accidentally over feeding, dead fish, etc.)
And if you can put the guppies in, add them only a few at a time, like 3 one week and 4 the next, to help the bio load keep up :)

I would wait another week for the bacteria to populate a little more now that there are fish.
That said, a 20 gallon long can easily support both species.
In fact, I suggest adding 3 more neons in a couple weeks. 8 neon tetras and 6 guppies would be a great stock for your tank.

Use your best judgement to tell if the fish are comfortable, or if the tank is too crowded.
