What is something an eleven year old would call someone who stutters (insult)?
Again, I'm writing a story with these twin girls, one is a sociopath and the other has mildly severe OCD in which she repeats phrases a lot but everyone dismisses it as stuttering. I have a scene with the twins talking in which the OCD one starts to stutter, what are some insults that the other twin might call her? Keep in mind that they're eleven year olds.

What would you like to be called if you had a stutter? What a dumb thought to write something about someone being rude and thoughtless.

An 11 year old would never be diagnosed with sociopathy.... it's called antisocial personality disorder and it is never diagnosed until adulthood. If you want to write about mental disorders you have to be factual. You can't just twist things to suit your story line.
