Can my boyfriend buy me drinks?
I m going out with my bf soon and we re planning on going out for dinner and then seeing a movie and he is 22 and I m under 21. If he buys and he orders alcohol would I be able to drink it? He s paying for food and I m paying for the movie but I want to know if they re gonna card us both or if I will be able to drink some of his if he just orders for himself.

He could but both he and the bar/restaurant would get in trouble and lose their liquor license for distributing alcohol to a minor. If they're on their game, they would card both of you if he orders two drinks, or even if he orders one and they see you drinking it.

No, you cannot drink. It does not matter who buys it, legally you are not allowed. And given your ages it's likely you both look fairly young so odds are very high you will be carded.
