Can I drink water when I'm playing soccer during Ramadan?

So I just turned fifteen and I'm playing summer soccer this year. Last year wasn't a problem for me because I did not play summer soccer. I'm a practicing muslim and I'm playing soccer this year but it goes through mid-late July. So I play really hard and need water during it but I can't drink or eat before sunset so all the games I can't have water in. So how do i find a loop hole through this or can I not? It says you can't eat or drink or other activities during Ramadan so does this mean I have to play a whole soccer game and wait until late sunset afterwords to drink or eat? I did it perfectly fine last year because I didn't play but I'm scared of what will happen if I don't drink water during soccer. Please answer my question with no jokes please. Can another muslim also answer my question and someone who has done a sports activity during Ramadan that is muslim or someone who has lived in a country where islam is strong and have played sports during Ramadan there. Thank you.

Salam. No during Ramadan all adult healthy Muslims should fast without any food and drink since fajr time up to sunset/maghrib time so if you play soccer during Ramadan is not allowed to drink water. You can do it after sunset. You can play soccer at night after you broke your fasting or you must play it is just 30 minutes before sunset so if you were thirsty you can drink at sunset.

I've been playing bball during Ramadan for the last 4-5 Ramadans during hot summers and Hakeem Olajuwan played NBA games during Ramadan. The prophet fought battles during Ramadan.

    You can do it too.

NO.. if the early muslims were able to fight in wars during Ramadan and be fine about it, you can too.. modern people are just spoiled.. just hydrate really well the night before

Look on the bright side.....if you die of dehydration during Ramanad then you die a martyr and go direct to paradise.

    And Allah knows best.
