Bisexual woman says that datin a man an a woman is not cheating. Is she right?

How do you feel abou a bisexual woman who claims that being bisexual gives her a right to date two people at the same time (they don't know about each other, none of them agreed to have an open relationship). Her boyfriend and girlfriend found out about each other and they confronted the bisexual woman calling her a cheating s*t. She said that they are close-minded, intolerant bigots and that bisexuality means dating men and women simultaneously. What do you think about the whole situation?

Of course that is cheating. People who are bisexual have the ability to be attracted to people of various genders, just like people who are monosexual (straight or gay) have the ability to be attracted to various people of one gender.

Without the explicit consent from all people involved, dating more than one person at a time is always cheating.

IMO that is cheating.

She may be polyamorous, but most people are not.  That's the real issue here.
