My grandfather ( fathers dad ) has transferred property on my mother name & father name as per the will many years a ago....
My question is can my son or wife can have rights on the property...

You seem to imply that your grandfather is dead. If so, the property now belongs to your mother and father. They can decide to leave it to whoever they want in their wills. So no, your son and wife currently have no "rights" to that property.
