why is yahoo answer ALWAYS experiencing problems.?

    Because the Head Girl in Charge sometimes gets too busy, practicing her dance numbers with her entourage of boy performers.

    Considering what they pay their people, they shouldn't have any issues at all.

    It's like they are paying their staff to fail.

    It is run by only two people and they are stoned much of the time, together.
