What to do if I'm charged twice for the same item?

Update:

So I went into some shitty litte store called BE$T BARGAIN that promised 30-70% off market value on all their things. I bough an Xbox One there for $270 (their advertisement was a lie, but it was good enough) and paid $269.99 plus tax making it $286.49. today I just checked my account, and they charged me the $286.49 TWICE! meaning I'm down over $570 instead of just being down $285. today is Sunday, and both the store, and the banks are closed, so what can I do about this situation?

Did you pay with a credit card?

Call the customer service number on the back of the card, and tell them what has happened.

This is simply an error. Call the credit card company, or call your bank first thing in the morning. It will be fixed.

If you believe this company is advertising falsely, make a complaints with your state's Attorney General Consumer Complaints Division. They won't get you money back on the original purchase, because you agreed to buy the thing, but they can get after the company for making false claims in their advertising.

You wait until the store is open and phone them. 99% they'll just apologize and rectify the problem.

    It's no biggie.

You must have used a card or you would have noticed the cash overcharge! Call the card company and stop the extra charge.
