99 Blazer, one-time mysterious starting delay?

Update:

Turned the key to start..nothing happened..kept the key turned, a second later it finally turned over. But wouldnt stay running. Tried starting it 4 or 5 times it finally got going...newer fuel pump/filter. Weird thing is...going down the road I noticed the time on the radio got reset, as did the CD I was listening to...so it must have lost power...but the battery is good and it cranked strong...

Update 2:

brand new cap/rotor as well. It's been running good as new...still does really.

    Tighten your battery terminals, they're loose.

    Get the battery charged and load tested.
