I need help.... please help me... I really do need help i feel like my world is going to be over...?

all this time ive liked this girl im 20 and she is 19. We are both in college. So i really dont see her as only sex, i really care about making her happy. So um for the couple of days ive seen her in class and sometimes she turns around to see if im looking at her. This has happened twice we never engaged into eye contact cause im really shy. She is white and im hispanic(argentina). Will race be a huge part? Her parents have a lot of money.. I really dont know if that is important, one time when i was in the hall she came and sat really close from where i was, i was talking to a teacher and she surprised me. She is christian so am i. Anyways yesterday we had a project about making planes in our class i made a paper airplane and of of all the places i hit her in the chest. She just laughed and missed thrwoing it at me, she tried again, and this whole time she was laughing. I really feel there might be a connection. But thats what i want to happen. I need someone that will tell me what really is going on. Theres this guy that is idk friends, on her birthday he said happy birthday to her and put hearts. She replied awww thank you. Please someone help me. I havent talked with her im really shy, but im idk good looking. I just want to see if this could mean some
