Yes he is, he's done a lot for African Americans. Barack Obama has helped give a voice to black Americans that are being oppressed and kept in poverty by republican governors and senators. Barack Obama helped create the Black Lives Matter movement, which has done nothing but bring peace to places like Baltimore, Ferguson, and Chicago. Barack Obama has created better race relations in the United States.

I don't think the black community is any better now than it was 7 years ago, so no.

Not really, he's promoted a lot of Jews to the Supreme Court but no brothas.

without a gun... he is a great disappointment to them... Black Americans would love a good job with benefits so they can live in a nice home on a good piece of property have a safe place for their children to play and their dog to romp... his legacy should put him behind bars awaiting a legal rope.

his job is to protect all the American people and he is abysmally failing.
