How to fix my Galaxy S6 Edge Plus Water Damage?

So I dropped my S6 Edge+ into water, and put it in rice after. it worked for a day or 2, but now the screen is getting all messed up, all static-ish and going black. what can I do to fix it? should I put it in rice for longer? I do have insurance on it, but it's a last resort, as I don't want to pay another $175

I've always heard that once a phone has water damage there is no fix for it because it damages the stuff inside the phone. I had an iPhone 4S and the screen would get all static and stuff too and when I called Apple about it they said it's because something is internally damaged in the phone. So that's probably what's wrong with your phone, so you'll probably have to just get a new one or get it fixed if a fix is possible.
